David Pinnell

David Pinnell was educated at the University of Glamorgan and the College of Law in Chester.  David practised as a solicitor for fourteen years, and for seven of which, was a solicitor-advocate. He was called to the Bar in 2008  and joined Temple Court Chambers in September 2014, having previously been with 9 Park Place Chambers.

Practice

David Pinnell is a specialist criminal law practitioner with a wide range of experience including complex and serious cases.  David has represented clients in both the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal.  David’s practice is primarily defence based and his experience enables him to thoroughly assess cases and provide a high quality, specialist service to all his clients.  He draws on his previous experience as a solicitor to enable him to readily engage with instructing solicitors and to provide a highly client focussed approach.
